How do I place an order?

Place your order in the website form that can be found HERE. Follow the instructions on each text field to provide all of the information required to submit your order.

Can I have my order shipped to me?

For local orders we prefer and recommend order pick up at specific location (listed below) but we do offer shipping for out of state orders or orders where local pick up would be unlikely. Please let us know if you need shipping service in your order form!

How/Where/When do I pick up my order?

We are now accepting orders through Wednesday, December 11th at 12pm EST with pickup being by Friday, December 13th. Someone will reach out to you after you place your order to coordinate pickup.

Hudsonville Pick Up Location - Porch Pickup, I will message you privately with the address.

If you need an alternate pickup location, please contact me.

Please provide your location in your order form.

How do I pay for my order?

We ask that all orders are paid in full at the time of or prior to pick up. You can pay via Paypal (suebacha@yahoo.com), Venmo (@Susan-Kacsits), or by cash. We currently do not accept checks, credit, or debit cards.

Can you make the hot cocoa bombs Gluten Free?

Absolutely! Please specify that you need Gluten Free hot cocoa bombs on your order form and we will be happy to accommodate you.
